Responsive Drupal Website Redesign

Acted as Product Manager to redesign the navigation and homepage for the TripAdvisor Insights marketing portal. I managed all aspects of this project including budget, specifications, responsive Drupal development with an outside engineering team, localization, QA and launch.

This update transitioned the website from a chronological blog-style to a more user-centric design featuring curated content. The navigation was also redesigned as a header dropdown, leaving behind an outdated faceted approach.
