Led a cross-organization program team of 150 to successfully launch an innovative deterrence security monitoring service on time and on budget. Transitioned the service from the Incubation team through Alpha and Beta phases to bring Active Guard Outdoor Protection to customers, effectively stopping crime before it occurs.
