Launched Threads Insider Membership

Acted as Project Manager for development and launch of new online membership for Threads magazine franchise. Threads Insiders have access to a library of online video, expert talent, an archive of magazine content, and exclusive advertiser and product offers.

Responsibilities included conducting market research, managing collaboration between editorial, creative, technology, and marketing teams, and considering business implications and modeling.

This membership featured exclusive video content and access to an archive of magazine articles from past issues. Year 1 brought over $350k in revenue from memberships.
