Victoria Brenneman

VP of Product. CuLTURE builder. Career coach.

I've spent 19 years building products people actually use — scaling platforms, launching hardware, growing subscription businesses, and leading teams through the messy in-between. At Bose, Wayfair, Drizly, and SimpliSafe I learned that the best product work happens when the people doing it know where they're going.

That belief started showing up in the hallways, over coffee, and eventually in quarterly Beers & Careers conversations with my team — beers optional, honest career talk required. Those conversations turned into a coaching practice. Now I do both.

Behind the camera
Before product, I studied media production and spent nine years producing and directing instructional video content. The storytelling instincts I built behind the camera became the foundation for everything I do in product.
